Shipping Policy

Australian customers: All packages are posted or couriered next business day from Sydney. We use Australia Post’s Prepaid Satchel and Sendle couriers, see checkout for rates. Both can be tracked through logging onto your order.

International customers: We use Australia post to most countries, rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs charges incurred on arrival in the destination country are your responsibility, so please check the requirements before contacting us.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service.
